wordpress添加文章内链接功能（无需安装任何插件）

搞seo的都知道，文章内链的重要性

wordpress也有很多插件能实现这个功能

但黑哥比较喜欢diy，也不喜欢安装各类插件。

不用插件的好处多多，可以提升性能，打开速度快很多。

网上很多文章都是复制粘贴，里面的函数是有问题的，这个地方一定要用 get_tags ，不然他没法获取全站tags，获取的是当前文章的tags，没有意义。
